Early access note: VoiceLeadsAI is a founding-client, pre-launch service. This policy reflects what's true today — a marketing site with a demo-request form and Stripe checkout, no customer accounts or logins yet. It will be updated as the product (the AI receptionist backend itself) comes online.

This Privacy Policy explains what data VoiceLeadsAI.com ("VoiceLeadsAI," "we," "us," a Jung Studios LLC product) collects, why, and how it's handled.

1. What We Collect

Email address (demo request form)	To follow up and schedule your live demo call — submitted via our form provider, Web3Forms, and delivered to us by email
Name, business name, email (Stripe checkout)	To identify your $99 founding-spot deposit or monthly subscription, and to contact you about onboarding
Billing information	Processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
Call data (once your AI receptionist is live)	Transcripts, recordings, and booking details from calls your AI receptionist handles — used solely to deliver the service to you

2. What We Don't Do

We don't sell your data, or any data about you, to anyone.
We don't use ad-network trackers or sell leads to third parties.
We don't store your payment card details — Stripe handles that entirely.
We don't share call transcripts or recordings from your AI receptionist with anyone outside what's needed to run the service for you.

3. Where Your Data Lives

We use the following subprocessors to operate the service:

Web3Forms	Delivers demo-request form submissions to us by email — no separate database
Retell AI (once your service is live)	Powers the AI voice receptionist itself — call handling, transcription, and voice

4. Your Choices

Correction or deletion: email robjung@gmail.com to correct any information we have or to request deletion.
Refunds: the $99 founding-spot deposit is fully refundable if we're not a fit after your demo call — see our Terms of Service.
Cancellation: monthly subscriptions can be canceled anytime directly through Stripe's billing portal, once your service is active.

5. Data Retention

We retain demo-request and checkout information for as long as reasonably needed to run the service and respond to you. If you ask us to delete your data and you have no active subscription, we will do so within a reasonable time.

6. Security

We follow reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your data, but no system is perfectly secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

7. Children's Privacy

VoiceLeadsAI is a B2B service for business owners and is not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect data from, anyone under 16.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the product evolves, especially once the AI receptionist backend itself is live. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
